Proud Sponsors of Sherwood Colliery Stags U8s
Central Shop Maintenance is proud to be the main sponsor of Sherwood Colliery Stags U8s, a grassroots football team based in Mansfield.
The Story
Central Shop Maintenance is more than a shopfitting and facilities maintenance company — we're part of the communities we work in. That's why we're proud main sponsors of Sherwood Colliery Stags U8s, a talented grassroots football team from Mansfield, alongside our friends at PMA Services, a UK construction and facilities contractor.
In August, the team were invited to Chelsea FC's Cobham training ground to play four matches against Chelsea's academy sides. The standard of football on display was outstanding, and it was a day these young players will remember for years to come.
We believe backing local grassroots sport matters. It builds confidence, teamwork, and opportunity for young people — the same values we bring to every project we deliver for our clients across the UK.
Why We Sponsor
- Investing in our community — CSM is headquartered in Nottingham, and we believe in supporting the towns and people around us.
- Backing potential and hard work — grassroots football gives young players a platform, much like we give tradespeople and contractors opportunities to do their best work on every job.
- Building genuine local partnerships — our sponsorship of Sherwood Colliery Stags, alongside PMA Services, reflects the kind of long-term relationships we value in business and in our community.
