Central Shop Maintenance were appointed to deliver the complete refurbishment and Bar fit-out of Bar 10 in Irvine, Scotland, transforming the venue into a modern leisure destination featuring a contemporary bar, entertainment areas, bowling lanes and customer facilities.
Working to a strict programme, our team successfully completed the project within an 10-week timeframe, coordinating multiple trades to ensure all elements were delivered to the highest standards whilst maintaining programme deadlines.

Golf Simulator Suite
As part of the Bar10 development, a dedicated golf simulator suite was constructed to provide an additional interactive entertainment experience for customers.
The space was fitted out with specialist wall finishes, integrated technology infrastructure and a large projection screen to accommodate the simulator system, creating a premium environment suitable for both casual users and organised events.
The completed room complements the wider leisure offering within the venue, helping establish Bar10 as a modern multi-activity destination.
